To participate in the Kroger Feedback Survey, you must meet specific rules to ensure eligibility. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old. Each survey entry requires a valid purchase receipt with an invitation code. The survey must be completed within seven days of the purchase date. Employees of Kroger and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The survey is limited to one entry per household per entry period.
