Registering a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India is a simple process. A Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) must be gained first by partners. Next, submit a name approval application via the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website. After approval, provide the MCA the LLP Agreement and the incorporation documents. The Registrar of Companies (ROC) issues a Certificate of Incorporation following verification. Finally, in order to legally begin business operations, the LLP needs to open a bank account, apply for a PAN, and obtain a TAN.
