This procedure is simply referred to as "Wire Spray" in WWG Engineering. Additionally, it is referred to as "Metal Spray" in broad industrial parlance. In our case, wire metallizing is more appropriately thought of as a "entry level" thermal spraying process. All of our spraying engineers and specialists will study and become proficient in this fundamental wire spraying technique before proceeding to the next step. Its cost is an additional factor making it entry level. In summary, the equipment is highly mobile, the investment cost is incredibly low, the spraying parameters are more user-friendly.
