An Interdeck UV system is a type of UV curing technology integrated between printing units in a press. This allows for the ink to be cured immediately after it is applied, preventing smudging and enabling high-speed production. The system uses UV lamps to emit light at specific wavelengths, which initiates a photochemical reaction in the ink, causing it to harden instantly.
