3 Life Cycles and Your Big Picture
We often turn to fortune-telling, astrology, tarot… to satisfy that curiosity. And today, you will learn about another tool that can measure the general tone of each major cycle we go through, which is Pythagorean Numerology. The three cycles set the tone for the long stages of life. They are important cycles.
The three life cycles and how to calculate them
Cycle 1 (Childhood and Adolescence), including adolescence and early adulthood, is a foundational but quite limited stage because young people have little ability to perceive and convert any negative potential into positive, as well as little ability to deal with surrounding influences.
Cycle 2 (Adulthood), we are at our peak, the most productive time, able to advance in our chosen career, build a family, expand our lives, enjoy the opportunities that come our way, and receive recognition. In addition, this stage lays the foundation for the next stage in the later years of life.
Cycle 3 (Middle Age) is the stage of fulfillment, the retirement period, a time for reflection, review and integration of all previous experiences. The emotions of the third cycle depend on the growth and satisfaction of the previous cycle, the lack of development in the previous stage can leave behind the echoes of pain, guilt or resentment that somewhat affect this cycle.
Through the date of birth, Pythagoras has calculated that the age of each cycle will be different when the Life Lesson Index (or Master Number) is different. If you do not know what your Master Number is, you can refer to the article ‘Life Lessons – The Most Important Number Associated with Your Life According to Numerology’. The exact age at which you make the transition from one Cycle to the next is determined based on your Life Lesson Number.
Cycle 1 of a human life according to numerology
The sum of the birth months is reduced to 1:
This is a challenging time, requiring courage and flexibility. The living environment forces you to use all your talents and abilities, you must find independence, resilience, and self-reliance for yourself. These characteristics become an indispensable part of your personality. You may not be able to receive much help from those close to you in achieving independence. You must teach yourself to be comfortable being yourself, to be independent and courageous to go your own way.
The sum of your birth months is 2 (including November):
This is a period of slow but steady growth, and patience is needed. Cultivating your tact and diplomacy, working with others is what you tend to focus on during this time. Your talents are coming to fruition. Your sensitivity may begin to emerge, potentially quite painfully. You may find that you often hide your insecurities by taking a back seat. Turning to nature to balance your emotions and thoughts is what you need to aim for.
The sum of your birth months is 3:
This is a period of self-expression and social support. Any abilities you possess in the arts, especially those related to language, will be continually developed and well rewarded. However, be careful not to waste your energy on too many superficial projects or relationships. There is a tendency to waste energy on activities that disappoint later, so practice discipline and make the most of your resources for positive experiences.
The shortened birth month sum is 4:
This is a time of hard work and study, and all the rewards will follow. You are most interested in the practical things of life at this stage: work, career, family, a strong, secure community. You may find the environment harsh and restrictive, perhaps due to financial constraints or the living environment that adds pressure. You will often focus on implementing ideas rather than daydreaming about unrealistic things. You tend to form your own principles during this stage, and practicing discipline and order is also a priority for you.
The shortened birth month sum is 5:
This is a time when you are looking for freedom, perhaps without many responsibilities. You will travel, move many times, and change jobs. You tend to enrich your life through new experiences, which is how your youth broadens your knowledge and defines your values. While the environment can be good for creative activity and allow you to expand your talents, it can also bring a feeling of constant restlessness. You need to learn to choose your experiences during this period so that you can focus your resources on the things that are truly useful.
