Everything Else
Antibacterial coating coils we supply are aluminium coils, treated with a special coating that inhibits bacterial growth on their surfaces. These coatings are designed to provide a hygienic surface, reducing the risk of bacterial contamination and spread. Commonly used in environments requiring stringent hygiene standards, such as healthcare facilities, food processing plants, and public spaces, these antimicrobial coating aluminium coils help maintain cleanliness and enhance safety. The antibacterial properties are achieved through the incorporation of antimicrobial agents in the coating, ensuring long-lasting protection and contributing to overall public health and sanitation efforts.
Features of Antibacterial Color Coated Coils
● Meet the special requirements of the refrigerator for antibacterial, sterilization and purification functions of household and similar electrical appliances.
● The antibacterial refrigerator or its main components for the production of antibacterial materials (contact time 18~24 hours), the antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli should be greater than or equal to 90%.
● The main components for the production of mildew proof and antibacterial materials shall have a mildew resistance rating of (0~1).
● The odor removal requirement: the adsorption or decomposition rate of methyl mercaptan is greater than or equal to 90%, and the adsorption or decomposition rate of trimethylamine is greater than or equal to 90%.
● Reduces the potential for bacterial growth and transmission, contributing to a healthier environment.
● Surfaces are easier to clean and maintain, requiring less frequent and less intensive cleaning.
● Provides durable and long-term antibacterial protection.
Manufacturing Process
Cleaning and Pre-Treatment:
The metal coil is cleaned to remove any contaminants and treated with chemicals to enhance coating adhesion.
Coating Application:
An antibacterial primer is applied, followed by a topcoat that includes antimicrobial agents. The coating is applied uniformly using rollers or spray techniques.
Curing:
The coated coil is passed through an oven to cure the coatings, ensuring they adhere properly and the antibacterial properties are activated.
Quality Control:
The finished coils undergo rigorous testing to ensure the coating's durability, color consistency, and antibacterial efficacy.
