NEET 2025 will have 180 multiple-choice questions covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a pen-and-paper mode (offline). Expect questions based on the NCERT curriculum for classes 11 and 12. The exam follows a negative marking system: +4 marks for correct answers and -1 mark for incorrect answers.
